I forgot my username

Username of the main account may be your e-mail address or contract code in the form "A123456789.cz" or " name@A123456789.cz".

Username of the location account also has the prefix of the location number + the at sign, for example "001@A123456789.cz".

If you do not remember your username, please contact us on the phone line 233 113 435 on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00. Please prepare the verification information for your location: contract number or invoice number.
